Unit Type A will be available in buildings with six condominium units. Each unit will include:

  • Storefront facade for pedestrian/customer access
  • Rear 14 ft. x 14 ft. roll-up door for vehicular at-grade access (and one walkthrough door)
  • Building depth is 54 ft., ceiling height is 16 ft., typical units are 30 ft. wide, and include one restroom
  • Ceilings and partitions are finished with drywall.
  • Single units are 1,580 sq. ft., but buyers may opt to combine two or more units in a single building.
